"Upon arrival we realized that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and we had a 4 year old to feed. We ran the dishwasher and it flooded the entire kitchen floor. We also noticed that the washer had an old comforter that was soaking wet. We called the phone number provided (this is a condo owned by a person and the building is homes) the person answered and I explained the problems and they said "let me call the cleaning lady" and hung up. We cleaned up the floor ourselves and went out to get...

"There are a lot of positives for this property but a couple of minor issues too. The plus's are that it was quite, convenient, lots of restaurants very close by, short walk tot he convention center, decent breakfast, and the bed was super comfortable. On the downside, the shower caulk was showing its age, the toilet seat was loose on the toilet and there was a toenail on the carpet...so housekeeping in my room was sub-par, but it was still far better than most other hotels. My co-workers room...

"This property sits right on the water, my room had a view of NY city and it was amazing to see both during the day and night! Located next to the path in which you could get to anywhere you wanted to go if you know how to get around!! Definitely will be staying here again! "

"I like staying at the Holland Hotel. Free parking, great rate, friendly staff, and easy access to the city via PATH or Holland Tunnel. I’ve stayed on the upper floor in the past and it was great. Stayed on first floor this time (actually basement) and did not like it as much. Strange odor and only window was tiny and at ground level. Would recommend this hotel, but next time I will request upper level if possible."
