"Great location and comfy hotel stay"

"Parking was in a disconnected garage across a street and behind the building. Drop off bags at the front before heading to parking which is uphill and at least 200 yards away if not further. Hotel is accessed via a private road so our gps expressed an alert about that but there was no restriction on driving it. Drive to airport was very convenient and about 20 minutes. Convenient gas station access along the route."

"The hotel is in an excellent location close to all Newcastle has to offer. Throughout our stay staff were kind, helpful and seemed happy to greet their guests. The room was comfortable and well maintained by cleaning staff with good quality toiletries. Coffee, tea, biscuits and cartons of water were replenished daily. Breakfast was plentiful with a large menu of cooked to order items which were well presented and of good quality. Breakfast staff worked extremley hard replenishing, clearing tables and bringing hot food to their guests. All staff were friendly and polite."
