"I had the booking confirmed and the host had even replied to my original message to confirm about time for checking in. On the day of arrival I had not received check-in information, I messaged to ask for it with no response. I later tried calling the host, no response. I then had to contact VRBO support who did provide access details to the property but by the time we arrived at the property the host had cancelled the booking. My partner and I were then forced to find alternate accommodation...

I called them countless time to refund my money but wouldn’t pick up. Clearly they are using this method to scam people and they know well that Expedia do fuck all to help customers. They scammed me of my £165, worst fucking booking I’ve done on my life. If I can’t get my refund, might as well give them...

"This studio was perfect for me while attending a local event. Very clean, safe, and quiet. I would recommend it and will be staying here again. "

"I messaged this property as instructed and called several times to receive the access code necessary to enter the premises however I did not receive any response and was therefore left to book a last-minute hotel at great cost to myself. The property itself did not inspire confidence, as it looked like the outside of someone’s house with no signage to indicate it was reputable establishment to stay in. Throughly disappointing experience. "
