"Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. "

"A bit tired with grubby public areas. The sheets were clean however the bed was very uncomfortable. Good location "

"Two days prior to our arrival the company contacted us demanding a substantial damage deposit to be paid by direct deposit to their bank account or our already paid for booking would be cancelled. We had paid for the booking by credit card but they would not accept it for the damage deposit. We thought this seemed a bit sketchy but had no choice but to acquiesce to their demand.
