"Got a room with a large double bed enclosed by 3 walls. One way in. One way out. No place to put luggage unless you like the floor. Never seen a bathroom with a toilet so close to the shower I almost tripped on it twice. I guess it's great for a single as they don't have to crawl over and wake anyone to get out of bed for the bathroom during the night."

"The breakfast bar was pretty hard core! Omlette station, hot items, bread/toast/pastries, cereals, yogurt & fruit- this was big & plentiful. Excellent value! Location cant be beat! Right outside Tower Bridge, bus stop to all major attractions near by, tube near by... this hotel can be very local. The bed was gorgeous!! Curtains were heavy enough to block out light for a deep restful sleep. Cannot hear any noise from outside- best sleep I've had in months!"

"We stayed for 6 nights and did not have any house cleaning, change of linens or towels once. We had to ask for dry towels and they brought unfolded and didn't pick up the wet ones. Our bed was supposed to be a Queen, but it was two twin mattresses fastened together, the sheets were not fitted. Breakfast was NOT included, despite the Expedia listing implying it was, it was an extra 15£ per morning (although this may have been an Expedia issue and not the hotel's fault, it did affect our stay). The only positive was proximity to the tube."

"Everything about the hotel itself was great—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, there was an issue with the booking through Expedia, as the hotel had not received our reservation. Because of this, we had to wait until the standard check-in time, even though we had requested an earlier check-in. This caused some inconvenience, but overall the stay itself was pleasant."
