"Fantastic location and very friendly staff. Vijay greeted us on arrival and took us to our room while bringing our luggage on a trolly.The room was great and very clean. Vijay also looked after our luggage after we checked out so we got to explore a bit more of london. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone. "

"I have little good to say about my stay. It was during my birthday and I thaught it would be pleasant. Once I checked I was informed of last minute modifications. My double room was changed to disabled. The best thing about it was leaving it that night as there were hairs all over the bed and linen was not cleaned properly. I had to be changed two rooms since it had the same issue. Staff were kind but I felt forgotten about the second night. I was provided a free breakfast but I felt I deserved a better room as I got a downgraded one(a bed with less hairs.)"

"Hotel was very handy for an early flight the next morning. About a 5-10 min walk. Unfortunately we hadn't time for breakfast but I'm sure it would also have been excellent."
