"The barn is beautiful and Burwash is wonderful, the only minus is the access road to the barn it is off road, full of potholes and single track for about half a mile with only one passing point. Please don’t take a sports car down the Lane. If you can walk to the pub it is much better, however I would only recommend this in the summer. We have a large sports saloon and the Lane was something of a challenge. On saying all this I can recommend the beautiful, barn the views are magnificent. We...

"We have stayed in many cottages across the UK and I have to say this is one of the best equipped and maintained we have visited - well done to the owners they have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable."

"Listing was not accurate and there was no dryer or heat in the home. Listing photos were amazing, but place was more run down than photos suggested. Stains, damaged cookware, uncomfortable beds, and terrifying stairs up to the bathroom and beds. This could be a good listing with some TLC so I'm hoping that happens."
