"Overall was good. I think the 24 hour before key code system is so stressful, especially when the email they sent didn't include the passcode. We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. "Two days prior to our arrival the company contacted us demanding a substantial damage deposit to be paid by direct deposit to their bank account or our already paid for booking would be cancelled. We had paid for the booking by credit card but they would not accept it for the damage deposit. We thought this seemed a bit sketchy but had no choice but to acquiesce to their demand.
