"Warm welcome and friendly staff, however quite a modest property even for a BnB and at this price point. Small room with very small shower. Fine breakfast but only instant freeze dried coffee, and few options if you don't want a fry up. Immediate area full of litter on streets (like most of Barry). I know this isn't their fault but it's a location point. Overall a fine place to stay but I'm surprised current reviews are quite so high -- afterall, a warm and friendly welcome should be expected...

"Excellent place to stay! Very central, super location with great proximity to any shop you could need. Easy access to all transport. Very clean and modern and has everything you need for an away from home stay. Excellent amenities. I love staying here !"
