"My husband was having an operation in the hospital up the road so I was on my own. I felt very safe there and the staff were welcoming and polite. My room was very clean and comfortable and I would definitely come here again"

Lovely stay but expected more
"It was a nice stay. The room was nice, buffet breakfast was excellent. The pool was fun. The checking in part experience was disappointing. My staff member didn’t offer a smile or communication, we weren’t given a warm welcome. As it was my wife’s birthday stay I felt more could have been done."
