Top place and wonderful staff.

My partner and I stayed here for a weekend break, and we were both very happy with the hotel. From the friendly and welcoming staff, to the little extras in our spotlessly clean room, everything exceeded our expectations. Dinner was excellent, and the cooked breakfasts were agood way to start the day! We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a weekend away.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and contactable at all times, the accommodation was clean and very comfortable, everything we needed was in the room. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast whether hot or cold and all hot food was cooked to order. I would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay again.

Our stay was very pleasant. Exceptionally friendly staff, particularly Sarah, who always went above and beyond to satisfy our every need Bedroom was a tad small. Food was excellent, with a really good variety to choose from. Breakfast in the Pullman was very different and most enjoyable. Will definitely stay there again.

We arrived to a very warm welcome with one of the staff carrying and escorting us to our room, through out the stay was excellent as all of the staff were very professional, smartly dressed and the hospitality and very polite people. The room was comfortable and warm, there room staff was very helpful to offering us fresh towels on the next day. We did not stay for any breakfast as we had plenty things to do and explore the New Forest Treasures as we had never been down those necks of the wood...

Helpful and friendly staff. Managed to leave my keys in the hotel room after a 4 hour drive back home. Staff managed to post them back to me, much obliged!

Amazing for families, lots of space to play and run. Pools were great. Food lovely.

Lovely spacious comfortable room, very clean and beautifully quiet. Tea and coffee supplies locally sourced where possible as were a lot of items on the menu. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel and really enjoyed everything. Bar well stocked with an excellent range. Attentive lovely staff, who know how to be in stealth mode and not interrupt while you’re in full swing of conversation. Never really write reviews but maybe that goes some way to show how impressed I was. Staff feel as though they care about the place and in a world where customer service in hospitality is struggling it was so refreshing. Will definitely be back next time I have to stay in the area. Food was excellent for the price point.

Friendly hotel and restaurant in a beautiful location by the river Stour and. nature reserves - ducks, swans, herons ... Served by hourly bus direct from Poole, or use the very frequent services to Kinson and walk 11-15 minutes across the nature reserve

Best hotel I've ever stayed in! Picturesque location, lovely staff and impeccable room with an impressive roll top bath for 2. I highly recommend you make a reservation at the restaurant too, delicious food!
