"friendly staffs.
We booked a few rooms together for a trip. One of the group arrived around 9pm and their room was given away. We paid ahead with all rooms booked well ahead.
They found a solution was to put my friends in next hotel across the street with upgrade.
How did this happen? our groups were split in 2 different places. I am pretty upset."

"Happy that I checked in on line when I got the email which gave me a priority for earlier check in. The concierge staff was wonderful helping with our bags, storage and delivery and pickup from our room, ordering a taxi etc. the crew in LEO's bar kept us waiting for table service. We ended up eating at the restaurant in the hotel where the service was excellent and the American burgers were amazing. We had lunch at Leo's (fish&chips) and it was delicious. Had to go to the bar to order food and drink at Leo's even after I asked if they had table service. Shower in room gave us a challenge turning the water off. "
