The staff are a credit to the industry & Jose on the super friendly & helpful on arrival. The only thing I gave 4 stars on was some rust appearing around the tap handle but other than that it would have been a clean 5 star sweep review on all categories. "Good basic hotel near all the action and very close to one of the train stations (Harbour Port). Noisy during the day because hotel is beside a public square with crowds and live and recorded music. This didn't bother us. Entrance is in a strange place which was hard to find as we walked from the train station. Great shopping next door, lots of restaurants and tourist activities. No gym."
