"A really nice house in a private estate. Not overly comfortably furnished but with 2 sofas quite adequate. The living area is upstairs and bare boards so does echo a bit. The view from the balcony upstairs is really nice.
The location is really quiet.
Within walking distance to the sailing club if competing there."

Island Retreat - does what it says on the tin!
"Myself and two friends stayed here for a little reunion long weekender and we had the most fabulous time. Michelle and Mark made sure that our stay was just perfect and thought of all the little details like tea, coffee, sugar, milk, tea towels, dishwasher tablets and a lovely bottle of PROSECCO!!!!! Michelle was there to greet and brief us on what was where etc. The accommodation was immaculate and beautifully clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the property is the perfect getaway. In a great location with easy access to the seafront and local shops and eateries, although we were 3 mature ladies, the property is perfect for families and couple too. We would all highly recommend The Island Retreat. Thank you Michelle and Mark for adding the extra finishing touches and going that extra mile making for a hassle free and most wonderful weekend."

Lovely Bungalow, Great location
"Had a lovely stay on Hayling Island, we are long time visitors to Hayling Island, but never stayed.. We found so many new places to go and explorer even though we had been plenty of times before. Bungalow was nice, with nice sized garden and secured. Clean and tidy, with plenty of space. Waling distance to almost anywhere. Everything in short distance walk, Beech, Restaurants, Lake, Shops & Takeaway services. We will definitely come back again."

"We enjoyed our stay at Sea Scenes, a bright and clean apartment, with patio doors that opened onto the outside seating area. Lovely to be so close to the sea with great views. Helen was great with some help we needed. 🙂"
