"I have booked two rooms for a friend and family member who visited us here in Bromsgrove. The party was very happy with their stay at the Bromsgrove Spa Hotel, the rooms were spacious, staff have been very friendly and they had a wonderful time. They did not like the smell of the shower gel in the bathroom. Suggestion: It would have been better if I had a choice at the time of booking to book a room with a shower as they both had a bath which made it difficult to climb in and out of the bath"

"Great 2-day stay for a local event. Upgraded room was lovely and we used the spa too. Dinner was great with many gluten-free options. Only issue was poor breakfast options and having no coffee a big downer :("

"It is a lovely hotel, very peaceful and quiet area. It could use a bit of redecoration in certain sites but it is clean enough and still very comfortable with all the amenities. Breakfast is superb (I would say above average for the chain hotels) and this is one of the very few hotels where you can actually open the windows! (and there is a garden outside so it is actually pleasant to do). Swimming pool is again maybe a bit old but perfectly good and comfortable to use. It is a great place for a relaxing stay to detach from the daily stress; not so much if you really need a good wifi as this can be really sluggish, although maybe there is a way around it (I think they have some premium wifi service there but there will be likely an extra fee). "

"We had a fantastic two night stay. Rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Little messages leftcon the mirror each day from the cleaner. All staff were extremely politecand helpful. Breakfast was probably thr best weve ever had in a hotel. What a selection. Always being topped up. Swimming pool was great. Very clean aroind the pool and changing ooms. We had an evening meal too which was delicious, great value for money. Bar and starbucks open all night and kids can have free items from starbucks. Will definitly be back. "
