"I went to conference and the hotel was close by. It’s located near everything central in Hamburg. The valet service is comprehensive and front of house staff are very attentive in regards to taking care of taxis and welcoming you to the hotel. Check in staff are all friendly and fun. The rooms are very European and basic styling but they are generously proportioned and well cleaned. In fact, the cleanliness was very high. This is a good hotel, it won’t disappoint. "

"First time here. Right across from the Train Station making it very easy to get too. The staff was amazingly polite and friendly. Loved the room, the mattress and pillows made me have the best nights sleep and when we went out for dinner, most of the area around there is walkable and some good dinner selections. "The hotel is in an excellent location for restaurants, fast food outlets and transport as the hotel is practically opposite the main train station. Our room was adequate and clean. Continental breakfast was very nice. My only concern was the twin mattress. Mine kept sliding away and had a big dent in from someone quite heavy in weight I would say. I kept trying to fall off the bed. Once I changed the mattress around it was fine. I enjoyed my stay in Hotel Continental."
