"It was difficult to access the car park due to road works and remodelling at the front of the hotel. However what was being undertaken it will be an excellent pedestrian and event area the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful the food was of a high standard. We had our evening meals in the restaurant for the 2 nights we were there,lovely food and plentiful. Hotel was within walking distance of parks and Carlisle city centre."
