"A glorious stay in room 412 which for us (couple and 4y/o on a sofa bed) was absolutely perfect. Double balcony with the most wonderful views, well proportioned room with everything we could need and a very nice touch of a complimentary welcome Salcombe Gin & Tonic in our room!
Parking was convenient with the porter parking for us and was handled quickly and efficiently.
The pool facilities were beautifully clean and tranquil and enjoyed especially by our daughter on the child permitted hours.
Food and drink great too and friendly restaurant staff - would highly reccomend this hotel.

"We had a wonderful week staying at Prospect House and were blessed with the most glorious weather. We had my very elderly mother staying with us who loved sitting at the window enjoying the fabulous sea views. The accommodation was warm, comfortable and well equipped."

"Excellent communication prior to oir arrival. The accommodation was lovely, and the location great for the South Hams with Torcross just outside. The kitchen and lounge area suited us well for a short break. The only downside was quite tight access to the shower in the bathroom!"
