Hotel was okay and for the price I understand its not going to be amazing but its still a 4* hotel. The room was extremely cold and there was no toilet roll in the room. However breakfast was fantastic 5* for food and service.

friendly staff, nice hotel but very noisy
Really friendly staff and nice looking hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated with complimentary tea, coffee and nice toiletries. Unfortunately on my first night stay at this hotel I was awoken in the middle of the night to men across the hall shouting, swearing and smoking. I told reception the next morning and they very kindly moved my room and upgraded it which was really kind. Sadly despite the room being lovely I was awoken again by the guests in the room above shouting and banging having friends in and out the room. I rang down to reception who came up to ask them to be quiet. Sadly the noise continued. I was staying for work which meant both days I had a bad nights sleep. Nice hotel but could do with better pillows and more sound proofing. Sadly also let down by the other guests in the hotel.

Super hotel great service however £11parking fee was unexpected and could have been made clear when booking. No lift and no offer of help with baggage. That said I would stay again as location good.
