When to hotel only to be told that we had to go to another hotel, The new hotel was dirty and no shower, I would never stay at this hotel again

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

As soon as we enter the place. The reception area was so dirty and the lady in the reception told us to come back later(that was 4pm)which is not acceptable, the room has a window overlooking the rubbish of the back of the houses. I don’t recommend this place. We end up looking for another place to stay. Overall, its not safe.

Strange way of checking in, but friendly staff. The room was really cosy and the bed was very clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet and great for the price.
