The staff is always friendly and quick to meet whatever need that you have insofar as they are able to accommodate. The breakfast is delicious and service there is also amazing. I will be looking for Virgin properties to stay wherever we travel going forward. "

"Great location. Lovely big room and bathroom. Very clean. Enjoyed the pool and steam room/sauna - practically had them to myself. It’s a shame there are no loungers round the pool (as per photographs on website) - only chairs. It’s a small area so maybe they weren’t practical. "

"Absolutely fabulous stay. Went as 2 girls for my hen do as wanted to visit Edinburgh more than a wild night out. What can I say the hotel was so clean and so unusual for us to stay at a football stadium. It was quiet too. Nice location easy to get to on the bus from the city centre £4 return… bargain. The bed was out of this world, comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in wished I could take it home. Complimentary robe and slippers. The snacks were a nice touch. Eco friendly Molton brown toiletries. And the staff… all I can say is absolutely fantastic, Stephen, Katie and Sarah were so kind and accommodating and even organised a special treat. If you’re thinking of going to Edinburgh this is the place to stay!! "
