"This hotel is closed we were rebooked at the Europa Gatwick hotel a sister hotel connected with the Britannia Hotel chain. On the out side it looked ok check in was fine and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The twin room i booked was pretty spartan, lacking in pillows, one per guest, the beds were absolutely atrocious one could feel the springs thru the mattress and the bed creaked something chronic, there was also a very strange nude picture of a women on the wall over the bed...

Booked this as a 4-day retreat for the family as wanted a self-catered location to cater for my 3yr old and 5m baby. On arriving there was a customised hamper snacks for us and the kids plus all the essentials (milk, bread, butter etc) which included fresh eggs from the farm. The place was clean and decorated to a high standard, in a lovely setting which I'd have been happy with or without the kids. The doors of the lodge opened on to decking in front of a large grass area which also had a...

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated which means they have state of the showers, beautiful throws and proper duvets, spotless white gorgeous bedding, fantastic decor throughout the hotel. The rooms are separated slightly from the fullers pub with a separate entrance. Great initial welcome from Mike, backed up by some wonderful idiosyncratic features that uplifted the stay. Complimentary Sipsmiths Sloe Gin in the room, choice of two single malt whiskies (also complimentary) and freshly brewed coffee at the refreshments station were unexpected and warmly enjoyed! Restaurant and bar staff were very helpful and food preparation and presentation were excellent. The breakfast of blueberry pancakes were the prettiest presentation we've ever seen.

The hotel is easy accessible via the eighth floor of the adjoining car park, which takes you straight into the hotel reception. The hotel is very clean and stylish, however we wasn’t aware that it was very high up. We was on the 16th floor and my son was very scared to look out of the bedroom window or go into the lift. Dinner/breakfast was also on floor 20. I would say if you like lovely views and heights book this hotel. Grace on reception was amazing she could see how stressed my son was and...

Very happy we chose this hotel loved the boutique room and glad we ate in the restaurant as the food was outstanding, also worth taking the time to walk around the village as very pretty and well kept. Stayed here as close to Arundel castle which was also amazing.

This is a lovely privately owned and managed hotel. All so very English. We had a great time and have recommended this hotel to several friends already.
