"asked for a quiet room - which we got far away and room had clearly not be used in a long time. PAT testing was over a year out of date on appliances, cobwebs in the ensuite. heated towel rail not on. At breakfast dirty plates had been stacked with the clean ones , just unlucky it was the ones we got and food debris all over my hand from picking up a dirty plate. Drinks service at breakfast was hit or miss with some being served at the table and others ignored like us, Plates whisked away too quick and not a relaxed vibe at all. Functional but not four star. Would not book for a celebration or special occasion. Okay for overnight stop -which is what we did."

"We stayed in room 78. Nice and clean, balcony overlooking the Thames which was nice in the evenings relaxing watching the yachts and boats go past. Fantastic location. Parking £10 a day for the guests. Would recommend."
