10/10 Excellent
"Was really good stay staff was great especially Barbara on front desk/check in the only down side I would say is that lifts need updating and also a separate lift for the staff with multiple large trolleys other than that I had a fantastic time!"

"Central to everything, very clean and friendly, lovely breakfast ( event held there was fab too) Bathroom on the small side, bed a little bit hard for me."

"Second time we have stayed at the Clifton hotel both times have been a pleasurable stay we booked a room with a wonderful sea view , the room was clean & tidy with a large walk in shower , parking was a breeze using the hotel car park the staff were friendly & helpful we would definitely recommend this hotel A++++"

"In a good location close to "whale jaw" steps and West Cliff lift. Room is clean with a good shower and comfy bed. Staff helpful when I was struggling with self check in."

"ABSOLUTELY delightful Guest House, with extremely delightful hosts. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Rooms were excellent, location excellent & breakfasts OUT OF THIS WORLD. You won’t need to eat for the rest of the day!!! Will definitely be back."

"Although dated and in need of modernisation, this place was clean with everything you need. Checking in and accessing the room key was quick and easy. The room was large, bathroom was clean, bedding was clean. Tv worked. plenty of hot water."
