"Really lovely staff. Room had everything we needed for the night although the second bed wasn't made when we checked-in, but they did make it while we were out later that evening. Breakfast was okay for the price but it was the friendly staff that really stood out for us."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms and lovely helpful staff. The grounds are so pretty and peaceful. We ate in the bar and grill and the meal and service were perfect, as was the breakfast the next morning, even my other half said the Eggs Benedict was the best he’d ever had. We stayed here for one night due to its proximity to the North Yorkshire Moors but after such a wonderful stay we are already trying to figure out when we can come and visit again. Genuinely I have nothing bad to say, this is a real gem!"

"Lovely clean room , had a meal in the lounge bar lovely ambiance and plenty of room lovely fireplace lots of room to sit there are 3 different rooms you can eat we got shown the restaurant that was a lovely setting we had breakfast in there but we ate in the lounge , staff are very attentive polite and courteous very high standards looked after us very well , breakfast was lovely help yourself to continental items the they come over to take your hot breakfast plenty of choice could not fault any of it enjoyed the whole stay even though only 1 night will definitely be going back"
