The issue with the hotel is the parking. A great hotel for us and our dog but the parking was an issue as my husband is disabled and we couldn’t get parked near to the hotel

The staff were helpful. However the room wasn’t particularly clean and there were wasps in the room and bird poo on the windows. The parking permit is also £5 per night, we’ve previously been given the permit for free at other hotels and B&B’s in Scarborough. Overall we wouldn’t stay at the hotel again.

Just had two nights at the Boot and Bike. Got say it was amazing. All the staff were great from the cleaner's to reception to the restaurant. Breakfast was super. The dog friendliness was too the extreme in a good way to left for our cockapoo. We made use of the dog washing area after a day at the seaside. Had supper one night and the Saturday night small plate special. Amazing. The company deserves to go from strength to strength. Many thanks All of you at the Boot and Bike Steve Annie and Luna xx.

Lovely stay! Staff extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Property was clean. Lovely breakfast for ‘continental’. We had a loft room which was extremely warm during the heatwave. Luckily we didn’t bring the dogs as it would have been too warm for them despite providing a fan. This was the only down fall, luckily we didn’t go in the peak heat and it wouldn’t put us off going again.

We had a wonderful stay at the bike & boot. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We stayed with my elderly Mum & they were always kind & patient with her. We stayed in a large seaview room. The room & view were beautiful & everything was very clean. We loved the buffet breakfast. Great quality & plenty of choice. Touches like the water, coffee machine & biscuits in the lounge are great too. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks for a great stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was basic but comfortable and clean bed very comfortable slept well.Dining room was clean and pleasant with lovely staff, for a continental breakfast there was plenty to eat. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again really enjoyed ourselves.

Room was really quirky, lovely comfortable bed and crisp linen. Receptionist on Sunday morning was lovely and the guy on night duty was a star ( sorry can’t remember there names). Great location too.

Another fantastic stay at this hotel. Great value for money. We upgraded to the medium room which is well worth it - spacious room with small table and chairs which was great. Great location. Nice little touch with the free cake and coffee in the afternoons. Had breakfast this time which was included. I’m not sure id pay the £15 for it as an extra but lovely that it was included and nice start to our days.
