Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold.
When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Upon entering the Beautifully decorated lobby I was given key cards by the lovely clerks at the front desk, key cards which you need to enter the hotel itself and use...

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel, the staff at check in were exceptional when we had to change room's due to my mistake.
A special mention has to also go to one of the night staff, Richie Cook who went above and beyond the call of duty to help us on a few occasions.
Amazing hotel.

Amazing hotel.
The host was friendly and helpful. We received our check in codes in advance so were able to check in without waiting around when we arrived. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Was in a great location and had a supermarket at the end of the road. Would definitely stay here again.

The attention to detail in each of the rooms (our family occupied 5 of the rooms) is amazing. Each is completely different but presented to a very high standard. We were wanting for nothing and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. A great place to stay in a great location.

Straightforward check in, Very nice room with functional layout. I liked the room because it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable.
The TV is slightly ‘too’ smart and seems to feel the need to switch itself on in the middle of the night. This could do with sorting out.

Lovely stay at Stone Villa. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, varied and plentiful. The rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean. The lovely hospitality tray which was topped up each day was very welcome after a long day sightseeing. Highly recommended.

When is the best time to go to Georgian Quarter?
The best times to visit the Georgian Quarter are during the spring (April to June) and autumn (September to October) months, when the weather is generally pleasant and the area is less crowded.
Spring in the Georgian Quarter brings milder temperatures and blooming gardens, making it ideal for exploring the historic streets and architecture on foot. You'll find the squares and parks, such as Falkner Square Gardens, particularly appealing for a stroll. The cultural calendar also starts to pick up, with various events and exhibitions often beginning around this time. This period is excellent for couples who enjoy leisurely walks and discovering local history without the peak summer crowds.
Autumn offers a different charm, with cooler temperatures and the beautiful changing colours of the foliage, especially noticeable in the tree-lined streets and nearby parks. The summer tourist rush has subsided, allowing for a more relaxed experience when visiting attractions like the Liverpool Cathedral or the many independent galleries. This season is great for solo travellers looking for a tranquil yet culturally rich getaway, with ample opportunities for quiet reflection and exploration.
While summer can be warm and lively, it also sees the highest number of visitors, and winter can be cold and damp.
