Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff and within easy walking distance of the centre of Bath.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was really comfortable and we made use of the spa in the morning for a swim. Will definitely return

Had a wonderful stay (4 nights in the Stables). The Inn is set in beautiful countryside, and I loved the quaintness of the building, lots of different areas to sit in to eat or have a drink, and a nice covered seating area outside. The room was very comfortable, and the water pressure for the bath was great. Food was superb, the best I've had in a pub (a step above what I'd call 'pub food'). A lovely hotel with modern rooms and polite and friendly staff. Food is excellent and is a very short walk to the centre of bath. There is also a long stay carpark just behind brooks that you can use or they can provide a permit for your car as parking in bath is a nightmare. I would definately stay here again and recommend brooks guesthouse to anyone.

Perfect weekend away, rooms and pub are lovely, really lovely touches in each room. Pub was nice and had live music on Friday evening which was a real plus. Was very clean and staff were friendly!

Staff very helpful and friendly, meals very good value, the only thing missing was a chiller in the room to keep water / drinks cool.
