"Location - close to station, monuments. Including a wonderful breakfast at the cafe close by!"

"Finding the location and checking in was a bit confusing. It’s also un-manned and a pretty steep fee to check in outside of the set 3 hours you are supposed to check in. Location was phenomenal and the room was clean. They also left out extra towels and toilet paper which was appreciated since there’s no front desk or anyone there. If you just need a bed in the heart of Florence and are flexible when you can check in then it’s a great place for that"

"Location is very good. Walkable to all the areas from train station, restaurants and also close to duomo."

"The air conditioning did not cool, absence of minibar, which is mandatory when temperatures exceed 36°C, there was no cold water, glasses to drink and less ice. The breakfast was good and the attention of those who served there was first class, especially Andrea, a very nice and helpful man."

"Shared bathroom was not clean .. 1/2 toilette paper for 3 rooms and the door would not lock properly.... room was clean and the location is great !"
