It is also in a very good location with the Mercato Centrale and duomo close by. The wifi was not great in our room- not allowing us to connect at all and unable to find someone to help us after hours. It can be a bit noisy at night with the nightlife of Florence and I could hear also the guests next door using the toilette while laying in bed. They will do everything to make your stay comfortable, just have to ask! The rooms are on the 4th floor and there are no elevators so be prepared to work those calves! Breakfast was stocked with a variety of pastries and you can get your espresso or cappuccino made to order. Rooms were clean and comfortable and it is centrally located in Florence. Most attractions (e.g., Uffizi, Academia) are just a brief 15 mins walk.
