"The staff were fantastic here, couldnt be freindlier and more helpful, but the room was DIRTY! Mould in the bathroom, and generally in a terrible state of repair. The room smelt of urine and was incredibly small. Not reccomended at all. However, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind. "

"So really, what choices do you have? you want to be near your terminal in position to leave. The signage is poor within the hotel and it takes awhile to understand that your room, which has a number beginning with 2, is on the first floor. Food options within the hotel are predictably stratospheric in price, but you know that going in. Noice coming from neighbor plumbing a constant. Overcome by AC noise. It's what it is, an overpriced room where you need it."

"Gym is ok but weights room is very small if more than one person in it. Food costs are crazy expensive. £5 for can of coke from the SELF SERVICE shop. £4.80 to make your own coffee by pressing a button and it going into a plastic cup. I don’t mind paying that for service but this is mad"
