"We arrived tired after travelling most of the day but found that we had made an error on the booking. Abbie on reception took it upon herself to sort out the error and advised us to relax in the bar while she sorted it out. We cannot thank her enough for her help and kindness which really made our stay so very special. THANK YOU Abbie."

"A great property with leisure facilities and parking close to Durham (<10 minute drive or park and ride opposite carriageway) Room was lovely but surprised no air conditioning or fridge and it did get a little hot overnight "
