"Warm welcome upon arrival, room was clean, spacious and beds comfortable. Was a little too hot & couldn't find way to turn down radiators, but opened the window solved that. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but had a drink and the food looked very tasty. "

"The women on reception was so friendly and helpful and interested in our stay, she's a credit to herself and to the hotel. The staff in the dining room were all friendly and efficient too. The room we were in was a hint on the tired side, decor wise and could've been a little cleaner. Food both at breakfast and dinner was excellent. Pool and sauna appeared very clean, though I only made a short visit. Wouldn't hesitate to return again. Is not "

"I read some bad reviews about the guest house so went with an open mind. However the guest house was lovely, clean and warm with plenty of tea and good quality coffee. It's situation to public transport links was brilliant not that we had the chance to use it as we were only there for 1 night. We were there as attending a funeral, the owners let us use the car park all day which was invaluable on this occasion. I will definitely use this guest house in the future. The only improvement I could suggest would be to have a breakfast option."

"Was recommended this property by a colleague and i am glad i tried it out the facilities are new and modern and the staff are very attentive. Food was very nice. I found breakfast was a little over priced as there is fixed £15 charge which if you just want toast and a coffee is a bit pricey. But all in all very good and i will visit again."
