3.5-star Holiday home with kitchen and fireplace
Situated on a working sheep farm in the heart of the Scottish Borders Hillcrest is a luxury four-bedroom single storey house offering panoramic views of the Minto Hills, a private hot tub, a log burning fire, disabled accessible wet room, optional stabling facilities, and much more! Two of the bedrooms have zip-and-lock beds that can either be set up as one super king or two long singles depending on guests' needs. One of these rooms also has a sofa which converts into a double bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom features a single bunk bed perfect for little ones. Currently, due to COVID-19, we are limiting stays to single households or single bubbles, but as Hillcrest can sleep and seat 10 adults the hope is this will soon be the perfect place for extended family gatherings or friends seeking a luxurious rural retreat. Notes: For Covid-19 policy please get in touch in advance of booking or see your welcome email.No excessive noise after 10 pm, please respect the neighbours at all times. Smoking is not allowed.Pets are allowed.The garden is not complete and grass is not expected to be laid until late Spring. Dogs and horses are welcome at an additional charge. Get in touch to discuss. Additional items can be purchased, for instance, breakfast hampers featuring our own chicken’s eggs and BBQ hampers featuring local produce.
