Very clean room, great staff (friendly & helpful to the max, nice amenities. The Balcary has great ambience. So very happy to have stayed here. Have to point out the nice breakfast service. Wonderful!!!

The cottage was spotlessly clean, thanks to Vita (who works for the Estate), who also could not have been more welcoming. It is in a beautiful setting on a working estate not too far from Hawick and the many special places to visit in the Borders. Cannot recommend highly enough.
