"This is a well positioned house, just off the high street and right by the river and the new river walk. We couldn't fault it in any way. Spotlessly clean, comfy, small patio area to sit outside, friendly neighbours, easy access to the other border towns. Many thanks."

"Location excellent Parking no problem just outside front door Accommodation ideal for our purposes Bed and seating very comfortable"

"Enjoyable holiday. Family liked it. Possibly could do with internet like WI-FI. Phone signal was intermittent and made it hard to search things in the area"

"Lovely cosy cottage with gorgeous views. Owner was really friendly checking we’d settled in ok. Great location (as long as you have car) to get to nearby towns and attractions. Shame there wasn’t a pub within walking distance (as the road was too risky to walk on at night), however, the food and staff at the local pub in Yetholm (approx 1.5mile) were lovely and welcoming and food great! The only criticism I’d have of the cottage is that the bathroom and some decor could do with updating, however...

"Great location, very clean. Comfortable. Be prepared to deal with 31 steps."

"Great property- very convenient for local pub "

"Lovely clean property, slept 5 people, very warm and cosy in a lovely quiet location on a working farm. Had everything we needed and more, owner was very helpful and generous. Great lication for waljs and visiting surrounding areas within short distances to travel."

"Perfectly placed for touring the Borders. Lovely apartment, well furnished, all mod cons. Quiet location with stunning view of the hills. "

"We were staying for a nearby ultra marathon in Jedburgh. The house is incredibly spacious and cosy, just what we needed after running 40 miles in the wind and rain. We all had a fantastic stay. It’s in a very peaceful area and the hosts are lovely. We will definitely be back next year."

"Great property, clean, excellent master bedroom, well equiped, brilliant location and in a peaceful spot, however the hot tub stopped working / went to standby mode and couldnt be used so felt like the one main reason we booked this property and couldnt use it. The stairs are very steep and were difficult to go up and down. Ideal for kielder and surrounding areas. "
