"The Iberostar Waves Berkeley Shore was an excellent hotel choice in Miami Beach, Florida. The hotel looked and smelled clean. We arrived late due to our flight being delayed and Abdullah greated us with a smile and was very helpful with all of the information regarding our stay. All of the staff we encountered during our stay was very pleasant and welcoming. We requested a late check out and Genesis assisted us with securing our luggage and allowing us to hang out by the pool until our departure. The hotel is located in a great location to access the beach. Beach and pool towels are available and you receive a beach chair as part of the resort fee. The elevator is a little slow so be patient. Overall this is a wonderful hotel and I would definitely stay again. "
