"The shower had the wrong wall bracket, so kept dropping off (room 8) The swimming pool was empty and looked likely had been for some time. The internet is unusable and only accessible in one area. Sound proofing between rooms not good. The staff were excellent and food ok; drinks very reasonable. If you want a break in the middle of nowhere, this is for you, the views of Mt Teide from the bedroom amazing."

5/5 Excellent
"Sometimes the music is too loud 😉 by the pool which slightly spoils the peace - I wonder if there can be an hour a day with peaceful, quieter music.
My only serious complaint is the huge amounts of air freshener that seems to be pumped out in many areas. Is that necessary by the sea? Fresh air smells are better. "

"Had a great stay as a family of three with a 5 years old. Facilities and staff are great and very child friendly. Buffet dinners and lunches varied - some days were excellent, other not so much. Pools are also lovely. The only true inconvenience was an absolute lack of ventilation on the bathroom/toilet. Would certainly return despite of this."

"Excellent hotel and facilities.nearly every review i read before booking complained of the night time noise and music coming from the nearby veronicas, but with having our 9 year old son,we planned carefully and paid for an ocean view room right at the back of the hotel and WE DIDNT HEAR A THING!so its worth paying the extra to get a good nights sleep in the comfortable rooms, all the staff were very friendly and having chose the all inclusive option, the food and drink in the restaurant and hotel bar was of the highest quality!special mention to all the entertainment staff-especially the guys that ran the regular kids clubs who were very professional, polite and laid on endless activities for all the kids in a safe environment and our son loved every minute!i highly recommend this hotel and we will be back for sure!"
