"Our flight was as delayed so we didn’t get to the hotel till 5.30 am. But we were glad of a bed for a couple of hours and a shower. Also booked the breakfast when we arrived which was nice. Check in/out was good. Friendly staff. It is a bit of a walk from terminal 2 but there is a shuttle bus but we were that tired from the journey that I forgot the times they ran. So we jumped in at taxi for £2 more than we would have paid for the bus. We used the shuttle bus to get to the train station later that morning. Would use hotel again."

"Nice hotel with good spa facilities close to Stockon Heath if you want an evening out. We didn't use the hotel bar or restaurant so I can't comment on those"

"The room was very clean but the carpet needs pulling as baggy in places. Disappointed with not having a bar menu for food, only food available is if you sit in the restaurant to eat or order room service."
