Recently refurbished and renovated as a chic bistro winebar and luxury accomodation - throughly enjoyed staying here; would unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone - steep stairs to top most floor owing to the age of the building - only negative point .

Lovely hotel, gorgeous room, very well appointed. Would loved to have stayed longer.

I was working at an event nearby and didn’t want to stay in a hotel for 4 nights wanted a home from home and the cottage was perfect.

Room 4 was a delight to stay in also the Bed was so comfortable décor was also very good Well Done!!!

The attention to detail in each of the rooms (our family occupied 5 of the rooms) is amazing. Each is completely different but presented to a very high standard. We were wanting for nothing and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. A great place to stay in a great location.

My wife and I stayed overnight last weekend, a re-visit after our first time last year. We were impressed last time, and again this time, even though our expectations were high from previously. Last year we went after my wife broke her leg, and the pool provided the first time she was able to walk unaided, which made for excellent therapy. We arrived late and were greeted by very pleasant helpful hosts who made us feel welcome, great selection for breakfast and cooked food was excellent, I would certainly stay again if down in the area and would recommend Pickmere Country Guest House to friends.

The room was equipped with everything one could need & we appreciated the newspaper service. The owner was friendly as were all the staff but not obtrusive no carpet in the bathroom was a bonus !!

Lovely stay at Stone Villa. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, varied and plentiful. The rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean. The lovely hospitality tray which was topped up each day was very welcome after a long day sightseeing. Highly recommended.

Hartford Hall is lovely, the restaurant does high quality food and the drinks are good. We stayed in a family room which has a double bed and a sofa bed. In general the room was good, it had a good shower and was a decent price for the quality however there were a few little things that could be improved upon. Mainly that the sofa bed was awkward to sit on as the cushions kept on sliding off, the selection of refreshments in the room were not great, (they only had Nespresso coffee which had no...

An absolutely stunning period property in an enclosed setting. Couldn't ask for a warmer welcome on arrival, and immediately made to feel that no request was an inconvenience. Such courteous and attentive staff. A great stay for my Dad & I whilst at the nearby motor racing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this venue to others.

We had an excellent stay at Eleven Didsbury. I only booked the day before but everything went smoothly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the entire hotel (including my room) was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend the breakfast; there's not many places in the UK you can get a good Irish breakfast and looking out on to the garden on a sunny day made it extra special.

Quick check in, comfy and clean rooms and loved that breakfast started at 3am as our flight was 6am
