The rooms were outstanding as they were so clean and had so many amenities to make sure stay so comfortable and luxurious such as the bath robes, slippers and a great variety of hot beverages. "My stay was fabulous! The staff were the best I've experienced friendly, positive and helpful young people. I have stayed at many many hotels. This my favourite. The whole complex was clean. The facilities were great. I love the concept of a hot/chilled tap in the corridor. Also free unlimited tea/coffee from the "General Store". Great to have cocktails in the sitting area. Don't get me wrong, not everything was perfect. My tv went wrong and one morning the hot/chilled tap didn't work. But none of this was an issue. They fixed the TV despite me saying its not a problem as I have everything on my phone and getting water was easy, just went to the "General store". The bed was sooooo comfortable and linen just perfect. I will be back when I visit my son and I cannot wait to stay with you again."

"In house restaurant food was fantastic! Staff very nice. Polite and helpful. Quiet rooms despite big tourist groups staying at the hotel. Perfect location right in the city centre. No free disabled parking bays however there were two disabled bays in front of the hotel but these are not bookable. There is a NCP car park beneath the hotel which costs £50.00 for the weekend. We requested a room with twin beds and was given an ‘accessible’ room to accommodate wheelchair users which didn’t apply in our case. The downside to this was the bathroom sink was very low done as was the loo and loo roll holder. Would highly recommend. Not cheap but worth it. "
