"It's in a basement and there was a door to another part of the basement that was locked and we could see a light that was on all night on the other side. It was very quiet though, great if you just need somewhere to sleep."

"This property was large, comfortable, and charming enough to house my husband, son, mother, mother-in-law, and myself while we were in town to attend our daughter's extensive graduation activities. The neighborhood was quiet. The house is very well stocked with kitchen items, linens, and laundry items. The property owner is attentive, responsive, and gives great advice. "Loved the home - it felt like being home at the end of a long day shopping and doing many things in town. Clean! Just wish the towels were ready and set in the bathrooms and instructions left on what to do with used towels and if the garbage should have been taken out. Basement was stinky. Other than that, wonderful place and setup - sooooo close to town and convenient!"

"We loved being able to walk to cafes, restaurants and the bookstore and the proximity of the bike path meant that we didn't need our car much at all. We rode bikes to lunch spots, the beach, and to the pickleball courts. The house was tidy and had everything we needed."

"We decided to take a trip to Cape Cod before baby number 2 makes his arrival, and this was the perfect property for our family. We have a 2 year old daughter so the private beach was the perfect place for her to run around and splash in the waves. "When we arrived the VRBO was different than the one In the listing due to issues with the original, I wasn’t told this before checking in which would of been nice but overall not a big deal! Check in process was good, fast communication and good location. Very clean!"
