2 Bedroom, 2 Bath ranch style home. One bedroom has King bed and the other has 3 twin beds, plus futon in study room. Sun Porch, Outdoor shower, BBQ gas grill. Close to many beaches, 1 mile (3 min) from Sea Street Beach in Dennis Port. Walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream and Dennis Port center, close to shopping.

Linens for king bed are supplied. Guest responsible for twin bed sheets and sheets for futon, and towels.

Melissa was available Consistently throughout my stay, she made me feel very welcomed. The house was absolutely beautiful, beautiful with all the amenities as it says very convenient to the beaches and plenty of room for everyone. I ended up with a flat tire and she was willing to call AAA and come over and assist me, I will definitely be returning

We visited in off season. Fell in love with this area. Very walkable, parks, library and beach all very closeby. Easy to walk for basic groceries, coffee. House had everything we needed. Host responsive. Loved it! Highly recommend!

Great house; great location
We were a group of sisters and a few friends staying here for a week of catching up and beach-going. The house was perfect. And Melissa helped with everything we needed. An unexpected sunroom was breezy and cool in the late afternoon. So many great places to explore nearby. Melissa provides a wealth of local information! I highly recommend this house.
