"The Westin always offers great service and hospitality. My aunt and I were in town for the Red Sox vs Yankees game. We wanted a hotel near Back Bay station as we traveled by train as opposed to driving. Conveniently, the Westin provides direct access to the Copley shopping mall, which we love and is also close to the Green line which we required to get to Fenway Park. We love when we can get convenience, cleanliness, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. "

"Weekend trip with my husband and 2 dogs. Love that this hotel allows dogs. The hotel was great but the area itself is not very dog friendly. Especially for those that are used to grass. We tried taking our dogs to the park/grassy area about 2 blocks from the hotel but were told that dogs weren’t allowed. I would stay here again because it has a lot of nice perks. Especially the kitchenette in the room, coffee in the lobby, and water bottle filling stations throughout the hotel. "
