Very clean place, comfortable beds, and a great location. The quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM felt a little too strict, especially since I needed to get ready for work before 7 AM and couldn’t even blow-dry my hair. It made me feel a little micromanaged.
Overall, though, I slept very well in a very, very clean room and appreciated having coffee in the morning. The included breakfast was also a nice plus. I would recommend staying here.
Very clean, very clear instructions. The bit of breakfast offered was nice, especially when arriving late the night before. Bathrooms were clean and appropriate the instructions. Would definitely stay again.
I had an early flight at Logan so I slept here for the night. The place was super clean, the bed was nice. They had a fan on the ceiling and an extra fan which I appreciated. The bathrooms were really nice. I was able to park in the back, but there was also plenty of street parking. There was some confusion with my room number when checking in and the host responded immediately.
Several annoyances notwithstanding, this was a good option for me when I missed my flight out of Logan; it took the better part of an hour to get there from the airport by public transit. The listing made reference to there being no after hours access and upon further research, the latest check-in time was stated as 11PM. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get in if I arrived late and only got there at ~10:50PM; there was no street address on the building and the instructions did not make it clear that entry was through the front door. Upon circling the property, I spotted the key entry system and made my way inside, where I found it uncomfortably hot; as it turned out, I apparently was the first guest to arrive, and after walking to the shared bathroom, motion detectors registered my presence and turned on the AC. Other guests showed up after midnight, but they did not disturb me. I was reasonably comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked. There was cereal and milk for breakfast. All in all, a good stay, though the communication about the property definitely could stand improvement, since no staff is on-site.

Amazing place the owner is great guy willing to work with you through any situation very helpful and respectful. Quiet and clean place. Highly recommended
Cons:
The issues began as soon as we arrived. Another couple stood outside with blank expressions, just as confused as we were. After several attempts someone finally picked up our call— to repeatedly say they had sent “several” app‑based messages, later they sent a whatsapp message with detials.
As travelers, it’s unrealistic to expect visitors to download multiple apps, have stable network access, read instructions, and then open doors using codes. The other couple also had phone problems after flying in from the Southwest. This homestay relies entirely on cameras, apps, and codes; anyone unfamiliar with that setup will feel completely lost.
Pros:
The location is close to central Boston, quiet, clean, and includes parking.
very easy. Simple. Good price. They message the coustumer the details on the expedia by email. I had no problems. :) never been to Massachuetes before. Made my inagural trip very fun. Thanks
Good place for a overnight stay, clean, and we'll kept. Worth the $ over a large hotel when you barely get to spend time in the room anyway. Definitely will use this again for my travels
Everything was immaculately clean and well organized, check-in process had several steps but was automated and easy. Loved the location, short walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, and subway.
Solid place to crash if you are traveling solo. Close to restaurants. Walgreens and more

They charged $450 per night for a dog without any way to tell them I had a dog, not on Expedia nor through phone calls to them. Texts and phone calls were unanswered for days. I tried to book a weeklong stay through text and no one answered for 3 days until it was too late. After my third day, they hit me with a $1100 cleaning bill for my dog, calling her smelly and saying they had to replace the rug and linens because of a small pile of fur they swept from the floor. They refused to refund, they refused to rescind the bill. They lost a lot of money as I would’ve stayed a month while looking for an apartment as I just moved from Atlanta. Avoid!
It is on a quiet street and parking is abundant. BUT make sure you enter the location as Boston and not just street address. I ended up 30 minutes across town standing in front of a restaurant with the same address in Cambridge. An older home, I was not prepared for steep stairs and a door without clearance to put down bags, etc so I had to balance on a tiny step while opening my flashlight and email for code to unlock the door. A/C was not on so nights were a bit uncomfortable. I booked through Expedia and an in room fridge and microwave was listed but there was none. Cereal, ramen noodles, PB&J, bread and milk were available, and a nice extension of hospitality, but I was not comfortable digging into open jars and community containers. Tea and coffee were individually packaged. There are lots of signs with instructions on what could and should not be done as a resident, especially having to share bathrooms, kitchen and common areas. While it had some unexpected surprises and not the comfort level I am use to, it was a great value, room was clean and spacious, close to my business meetings and stores like Target and Walgreens. I’d likely book again but will be better prepared.
The guy was mean never buy a hotel here, he trying to steal my 60 dollars. He telling me to give the hotel a positive review so I get my money back this is crazy. The guy has no ethics and he do anything to get money from you. Terrible business he was trying to charge me an extra 20 dollars to bring a guest. This was by far the worst experience I ever had!
As a man in my seventies I have difficulty with technology on occasion. I did not understand how to check in when I arrived at the property so I called the management number. I got a text that he was on another call and would call back.
after 5-10 minutes I called again requesting assistance. Got a text telling me he was still on a call. this went on for more that 20 minutes with numerous unhelpful texts. via text I explained my situation and pleaded to speak to someone who could help. He REFUSED to call.
Finally I got a text with the necessary info in bold red font and I was able to enter promptly. Instead of enduring a surly manager for approx 40 minutes I could have been accommodated in just a few moments. Apparently the manager(owner?) found it more satisfying to punish a customer than to help.
The room (with remote (shared) bath down the hall) was adequate. My only complaint about the room was the sickening sweet odor that permeated the air.
If it had not been late on a long travel day I would have found other accommodations rather than enduring this horrid experience.
I caution everyone to avoid this substandard property and surly owner/manager.
