We had a great time staying at this Four Seasons hotel in Canary Wharf. The rooms are lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The bedding itself is worth a mention, as it really is of great quality. The staff are friendly - though almost over attentive at check in. Check out was however nice and quick - though perhaps they could think about offering to call a cab? The door staff also made the hotel more special, the initial welcome was really really good. Better than most hotels...

We discovered once into our room that the bed was not a king size bed as booked so went downstairs to ask why. The initial response was that the bed was as booked but measurements prices otherwise. I spoke to Quentin the manager on duty and he was amazing. He apologised for the mistake and moves us to another room, bigger room, and provided a drink voucher each and breakfast. Great location close to everything and yet still very quiet. The room was comfortable and staff very friendly and on point. The only thing I had a criticism about was the food which as just ok. However, you are in the heart of Shorditch and there is a Michelin Star restaurant right across the street worth checkin out and their roof top bar is really nice and not overly crowded so it more than makes up for this.

It was brilliant, we stayed for one night and was our first time in Canary Wharf! Me and my husband were worried after reading the reviews, but we went with an open mind anyways and it was amazing. The room was compact and comfortable, lovely views etc. The size of the room doesn’t bother us as we were out most of the time enjoying other facilities within the hotel! We did find out through the reviews about the £100 damage deposit which wasn’t really specified in the description as it didn’t...
