"Nice hotel with walkable grounds, spacious rooms and a airy lobby with a bar and lots of seating areas. Staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent but not as good as I expected for the price tag. The room did not have a refrigerator or ice, nor is there an elevator if you can't carry your luggage upstairs."

"The room was very clean and vibrant but there was no fridge. When I asked they said a fridge is only placed in the room on request. This is the club room in a 4-star hotel. Everything else is fine. Breakfast was good and the pool. Note: Some construction work currently ongoing at the property."

My only criticism is that the toiletries in the bathroom were really poor quality and were insufficient for two people - a minor niggle perhaps, but annoying when you travel light and rely on what is provided."

Breakfast was good, female staff young lady, with afro hair, very good. Reception check in very good, professional and attentive. Reception check out, not so good, unfortunately unprofessional."

"The hotel was very comfortable, and its location near the city center made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason. Our room was advertised as a nice window room, but the window looked into a dirty structure with barbed wire, inside the building, overlooking the lounge. I kept the curtains closed the whole stay because looking out gave me the major ick. I would suggest covering those windows with an opaque film that still lets light through, so guests don't have to see the garbage right outside."
