"Great easy place to crash for a night after a late flight. I got in at 2am and check-in was seamless. I had a central room (no windows) which felt a bit like a cabin on a ferry. But it was comfortable, quiet, dark and so perfect for purpose. The bathroom is a wet head design which I’m not a fan of as everything in there gets soaked when you shower. I advise leaving showering until last."

"Lovely experience- and the main area of the hotel is great for the kids. We stayed in a room with a few of the zoo and it could do with some TLC. The early access staying in the hotel is brilliant."

"Bed was soooo comfy… we were able to check in for flight and return to hotel to have comp Brekky… then walk out up one level and through departure gates…. Soooo much better"

"The room was clean tidy and comfy. Staff were brilliant, we arrived at midnight and the young man on duty made us a cup Of tea , just what was needed. I am just under 5ft, we laughed at me trying to get on the bed. Ideally could do with a small step to make it easier."
