"I was very disappointed with my stay, especially as this hotel is advertised as a 4-star property. The swimming pool was not in use during our visit, which was one of the facilities we were looking forward to using. The double rooms were also much smaller than expected. We had to change rooms three times because of problems with the air conditioning. Despite these room changes, the air conditioning still did not work, and we had to sleep in an uncomfortably hot room. The reception staff were helpful and cooperative and provided us with a fan, which was appreciated. However, given the weather conditions, the fan was simply not enough to keep the room comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited choice and nothing that reflected a 4-star standard. Another inconvenience was the lack of a telephone in the room. Whenever we had a problem or needed assistance, we had to walk to reception rather than being able to call from the room. While the reception staff did their best to help, the overall facilities and comfort did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star hotel."
