An absolutely lovely stay. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Allanah and she was kind and attentive. She showed us around, before escorting us to our room and answering our questions. Our room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy. The bathtub was deep and sumptuous, the toiletries provided were fresh and felt lovely and the home baked cookies in the room were a nice (and tasty) touch. The rooms we had were lovely. Great friendly staff, went out of there way to order us a taxi and recommended some resturants for us. Breakfast was amazing, full English breakfast was lovely and plenty of choices. Thank you

A weekend to visit our daughter who is at Birmingham University. The room was a little small but cosy and absolutely fulfilled our needs. We were given a top floor room as requested. We arrived at midday but were able to check in straight away. The car park was busy as there was a conference at the hotel that day but we managed to park ok. We dined in the 1900 Restaurant in the evening - the food was presented well and was delicious. Service was great and the lighting and background music...

Absolutely amazing the room was just brill,the pool was so relaxing, the grounds were beautiful,staff were friendly and helpful, food was pricey but what do you expect with such an amazing place,we will defiantly be going back

Stunning Hotel Spa, room was superb, every staff member was happy and had time for you. The Spa was a dwlight to yse with a decent hot sauna & Steam room, jacuzzi jets were wonderfully powerful & a lovely pool to swim in. The bar food was great & the resturant food the next day was very tasty. Was an absolutely pleasure to stay there, coulfnt failt it.

At last minute I decided to book a hotel nearby Birmingham Airport before an early morning flight out the next day. The hotel is about 1/2 hour away and is set in a quiet beautiful location, so just right for a good night sleep. Upon arrival we were greeted by Alex who was wonderful, so professional and informative about the hotel and surrrounding area, a true ambassador for the hotel. The hotel is stunning and has great luxurious feel. The breakfast was just the right selection of a lite bite...

Wonderful stay for Mother’s Day every mother should get a chance to stay here just sorry I didn’t have time to swim didn’t want to spoil hairdo !!

From the moment me and my partner arrived we had nothing but the best serice, always asked of we needed anything extra or help with anything, the receptionist Jessica was absolutely amazing and a credit to the hotel, so lovely to talk to and made us feel so welcome and made our stay that extra special.
