Once again this was an excellent place to come and relax. The spa is incredible, the food superb and the service is top notch. Drinks at the pool are pricey but one of life’s necessities. Stay for two nights and leave 5pm on the second day. Book spa appointments well in advance.

Great hotel with a welcoming feel, very comfy beds and the spa, pool and gym are excellent. My only problem was finding somewhere to park but there was a wedding and if you have limited mobility not brilliant as an old building. Very friendly staff.

Staying for Ascot - We arrived at this hotel on Monday lunch time and it was 32 degrees! Staff were waiting outside to give every one ice cold water and take our bags inside. Check in was smooth, we had room 126, with air conditioning and was very classy, the whole hotel had the WOW factor. The grounds were large and even though the hotel was full, no one was where anyone else want to be, it was very spacious was nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. Amazing service and a beautiful Upgrade!

A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

Hotel is in a good location. Close to city centre just a few minutes walk to London Road (Guildford) Station.

Clean modern and comfortable room. Cleaning staff presented high level of maintence insuring neatness and cleaness. Loved the selection of teas and even biscuits great to have after a long journey. This is a unique and characteristic hotel with lots of history and amazing architecture. The scenery, gardens and the estate overall are simply gorgeous. The spa and the outdoor pool area is also very nice especially in good weather (it may be difficult to find a lounger when it is sunny though). The room I stayed in was nicely decorated with wood panellings and period furnitures; bed was very comfortable as well. Such a beautiful hidden gem! So glad we booked this for an impromptu weekend away. It’s tucked away in Bray village so it’s very quaint. Beds really comfortable. We also received a complimentary upgrade on the day which was a sweet surprise. Rooms were on the smaller side but honestly not even an issue if it’s just for a night or two. Staff very friendly. Grounds were so peaceful to explore. Wonderful in the sunny weather!

Lovely place. Clean and comfortable, nice restaurant and bar, staff very pleasant which makes a change these days. Liked being able to eat putside too in pleasant surroundings. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in the junior suite, very clean, extremely spacious. Very large and comfortable king size bed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
